COVID-19 has impacted nearly every person and business around the world.
SEATTLE ENGRAVING CENTER is no exception. Order volume has increased dramatically and we’re doing everything possible to process and ship orders quickly. Unfortunately, our current shipping backlog is 17+ days and increasing. For this, we’re truly sorry!
To help serve Customers better and to ensure the health and safety of our Employees, here are some things we’ve done and some things we’d like you to know:
- Since our Suppliers are swamped with orders, and some have temporarily shut down, please note that we are processing orders from oldest to newest, with an estimated delay in processing and delivery of more than 3 weeks.
- Also please understand that our shipping partners are also swamped with orders and are taking longer than usual to deliver packages.
- We are based on 100% customer support, so will still be accepting phone call and responding to emails, so feel free to give us a call at any time.
- If you have placed an order with us and it hasn’t been shipped or deliver yet, please do not be concerned, the item is yours and it will be shipped when the situation allowed.
We’re doing our best to provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for our Employees while providing the best Customer Service possible under these circumstances.
